Team Tuna-versal !! Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge

Team captain: Tuna-versal

About

In May 2023 we sadly lost David Michael Lamb to pulmonary fibrosis.

David, a much-loved husband, father, grandfather and friend, was my father's closest friend for decades and a great advocate of our business.

The Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge gives us the opportunity to raise money in David's memory for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust that supported David and his family.

A team of four from World Wise Foods - Sarah Eames, Rachel Munns, Hugh Elkington and I decided to take on the challenge and raise money for this important but widely unknown disease.

The challenge requires all team members to navigate a course over 9 hours of mountaineering, canoeing and cycling through the Lake District on the 11th May 2024. Following my wild suggestion we signed up to the "Super Tough" category so have all been busy training since October but now ramping up the hours with not long to go until May!

We thank you for donating whatever you can to support this important cause and make a difference to people and their families diagnosed with or impacted by pulmonary fibrosis.
